Mush Love in a Pebble Hearts

This lovely little pendant is part of a series we are doing called “It’s just a pebble.” The idea is to take those humble, simple and more plain stones you find in streams and on beaches and celebrate how remarkable they actually are. What makes us pick up that plain stone and caress it, pocket it and find comfort in it? Perhaps simplicity and approachability even in a simple stone give reassurance and joy.  We are taking those simple common pebbles and finding personality in them. This one has a nice pair of mushrooms that form double hearts. It is a nice and simple carving, very bold and organic. It comes  strung on a hand braided adjustable cord and in a custom leather pouch sewn by Yesica.
